Ok, so I'm going to be redoing some minor things under my hood, as it's getting fairly old, and quite frankly, needs to be replaced.
What I have on my list so far:
NGK Blue Wires (searched, found these to be ideal replacements)
NGK Copper or Platium plugs (seems either will work, platinum just lasts longer)
Now, about the coil. I was debating on just forkin out the $40+ and getting an MSD Blaster Coil. Simply for ideal output, such as gas mileage, throttle response, etc. I am having a really hard time locating any information with installation of a Blaster coil on an S14. THere's a lot of information on the OBD1 S13's but nothing really for us OBD2 s14 guys :-/ (I drive a 96) Is installation pretty much the same? Just route the 2 wires (positive/negative) to the new coil?
Which coil setup should I get? All these different MSD setups are confusing me. I just want a replacement coil. Should I get the Blaster SS or the Coil Blaster 2? (I think the SS is for OBD2, I don't know about the Blaster 2, but I'm not 100%)
Any help would be great, thanks.
