Brake booster question *pics*

I swapped the s13 booster into my 1990 hatchback and the brakes were slightly locked 24/7, i'm wondering if the adjustment shown in the pictures might allow the extra length to release the pads from the calipers.

is that the right way to go for less brakes when the pedal sits neutral?

Just install it and then adjust it, its the only way your gonna get it right, I run the ABS S13 booster on my coupe I love it
