In the future, search please.

Denso or NGK Iridium 7's if you want to spend some cash. Regular Denso/NGK copper 7's if you dont - just make sure they're heat range 6 or 7 (7 pref) and gapped to .028" - 28 thousandths.

most ngk's are gapped to 1.1 which is too huge.

the ixi iridiums in 7,8 and 9 are some of the best plugs out.

otherwise, if you are poor and can only eat top ramen, then NGK-R's are the best cheapy but goodie.

I think we missed WHAT engine he is throwing these plugs on/in/around at (ninja rocks)

7 might be a little much for a single slammer.

EDIT::
Beat me to it, yeah get 7's, 6's are allright, maybe you are detonating on 6's (unlikely), you probably goofeled something when doing the plugs (connectors etc), check the coedez.

Coppers give a better spark but last for shit. The iridiums will last you a very long time. I always used coppers and kept a spare set in the glove box.
