Why was Georgesal banned

Hey guys georgesal is my brother and he was banned by s13silviagirl because she thought he was a business selling with out paying the advertising fee. For the record he is just a private seller. He wrote her a pm telling her that he was not a business and the proceeded to open another thread assuming the misunderstanding was over. Wrong apperently S13silviagirl Banned him for re-posting the ad.
Do you guys feel that he should be banned?
