for anyone attempting to wire in a nitrous kit on your s13, you may have trouble finding a sutable mounting location for the WOT micro switch. this is especially true on a redtop TB. i found that the vehicle is already equiped with a WOT switch on the gas pedal. i believe this switch to be used for disengagement of the ac compressor clutch. since i did away with ac when i performed my swap, i simply wired my arm switch in series with this factory switch. no more worries of a loose or improperly adjusted micro switch.

what are you using nawz for?

If I had to guess, probably for extra power, and for fun?

I go to the drag strip with my boss once in a while. He's got a 69 camaro with a small block making around 400 hp. My goal since i started working for him was to beat his best time of 12.12. After one year, BFG drag radials, manual boost controller on t-too small, and a 75 shot i beat him with a 11.84. This was with my road track/ street suspension.
My only issue with this setup was "overboosting." I think the t25 wastegate has insufficient flow to regulate boost with 320 hp worth of exhaust gas trying to squeeze through.

Were you ever planning to swap it out for a t28?

Im rebuilding the motor at this time. I'm picking the motor up from the machine shop tomarrow. I intend to install 2871/64 in the spring.

I am doing a nitrous install in my s13 with a s13 redtop. Do you have any pics or more info on wiring in the wide open throttle switch?

THanks

use the switch that is already on the pedal. That switch is to disengage the A/C at WOT. no worry's about constantly adjusting a crappy ol' t-body switch

I'm running a Zex wet kit on 55hp shot on my KA24DE-T. If you have mounting issue with your switch you should try a Electronic TPS switch. Zex has it built in making it a little easier for me to install.

Dom (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004874/): You almost had me? You never had me - you never had your car... Granny shiftin' not double clutchin' like you should. You're lucky that hundred shot of NOS didn't blow the welds on the intake! You almost had me?
Extra: You Tell him Dominic. Get out of here
Dom (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004874/): Now, me and the mad scientist got to rip apart the block... and replace the piston rings you fried.

Dom (http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0004874/): Ask any racer. Any real racer. It don't matter if you win by an inch or a mile. Winning's winning.
[Crowd cheers in agreement]

Sorry had to.

Reminded me so much of it.
