Neither.
Like OptionZero said, use the search button and you'll find out why.

the tracks are stiff as heck that it will feel like your car will hop on every bump on the road... it even hops alot on the track....
the street is fairly soft and only does ok on the track...
so neither is perfect... but its cheap which is why people say you get what you pay for...

to repeat the generic answer:
"they're cheap. just go with the same cheap shocks with different badging and mounts for slightly more money."

look the megans are pretty cheap... i would get the street coilovers and put the 10kg, and 8kg springs on them... that way your in the middle... i heard that track are too stiff, and not good for daily use.

dude that is so true... i called megan and this is what they said "we do not recomment the track series suspension for daily use, it will just be too bumpy" but to each is own...

I have the track coilovers. The soft settings aren't too bad for daily driving, just feels like a stiffer sporty suspension. The car definitely seems to bounce around if the bumps are big enough, although my music hasn't skipped yet. I haven't dared to use the stiff settings for daily driving. Holds up well when drifting, zero roll. What you should expect from coilovers in daily driving IMO.

I run the STREETS on my track only car and I like the way they feel--I prefer softer setups though
