I have been searching high and low for an affordable SR intake pipe for my car. I read about peperoni and what he does, but I am not sure what happened to him, but it seems as if he doesnt visit the site anymore. I have sent him a few IM's and posted in one of his threads but got no response. Even went far enough to check on his website pipingpro.com and had no luck there.

$250 is too much money for that simple pipe. Some may be wondering wht worry about it? Well I want to free up as much power as is in the car and I know that the crumpled stock intake hose with the rings isnt doing the car any justice. Have any of you guys come across any affordable intakes for SR powered 240's? Are there any other intakes that can be rigged to fit the car. My eventual goal is to not only get an intake but them from the MAF, have an extension that runs to the fender to have the car run more efficient.

Thanks in advance!!

I had a custom intake pipe made for my car.. Stainless steel. Sold it for $50 lol. Cost a shitload more.. not sure why that crap is so expensive, but I def. felt a huge difference. I eventually upgraded to the Z32TT MAF and APEX'I super suction kit.. I bought it for 220ish shipped. Thanks to PowerFC it was a few simple key strokes and I was set :).

I'm using a 45* 3" bend, 3"-2.5" coupler, 3" coupler, Z32 maf, apexi filter. Little tight but works fine.
