I just picked up a zenki s13 with HUD. The speedo has lit up maybe twice since I bought it a few weeks ago (never on the window). When the headlights are turned on nothing lights up except for some of the little lights (e-brake, turn signals, etc...) but not the tach or speedo. Also when the headlights are turned on, cruise control does not work. Could the cluster just be toast???

You are suffering from the a typical capacitor failure. Its a cheap fix but you'll need to be handy with a soldering iron.
