ok so i just bought a new GT2871RS dual ball bearing...

so far ive clocked the inner part so the oil return points down...then i had to drill the flange from the t25 so it will bolt on...

then i had to buy an elbow for the oil feed, take apart the compressor housing and screw it in, buy some male/female flare adapters, and i have a braided oil feed line

how do i get the stock coolant line to work? its hitting the motor mount and comes up short on the block...just wondering what others have done? should i rebend it or what?

FUCKKKKKKKK...i got done bending the stock coolant feed line perfectly...i bolted the block side up...went to bolt it on the turbo and it was like a mm off...so i went to bend the banjo fitting and it broke off...FUCK

i need to know how to make a braided fitting asappppppp

Dude, just buy a new one, or do a steel braided line and get adaptors and fittings

yeah and SS lines are really easy to take on/off. takes a few minutes and no worries of stripping the block once you get the AN adapters in.

There are many parts that just arnt worth the time to mess with. In these situations, its better just to spend the 100 some dollars to make the install 10 times faster and easier. Also its aesthetically pleasing. Nothing looks better than stainless braided lines.

You welded the banjo fitting to a brake line and you have coolant leaking from the oil return. Sounds like the turbo isn't mounted to the axle properly.

Get a pipe flare/cutter, cut off both ends of the hard banjo lines, flareage, get a piece of hose and some hose clamps, viola.
