So i bout this car with from ray with little over 130,000 miles on it and some major blow bye on the motor(getting ready to go).
So i drove it for a week took it to sacremento drag strip and saw what it could do. Then i started to hear rod knock. So i took it to a parking lot and messed around just testing out the suspension so i would know what i had. The motor seised and we called it quits and started taring her apart...

We did the camo paint job for a temp paint just to try it out bcause it was some thing diffrent to drive around town. Tru Image is taking care of all my wireing harness issues and helping me with the install of the wide body kit as soon as it gets here... I will keep every one updated with pics and more parts that i add over the next few months. Let me know what you guys think...

I believe the original paint was the "Rustoleum Roller Paint Job".

Most importantly though, it must not have been the color he wanted, so he sanded it off, and cleaned it up. It's his car, let him paint however he likes.

for the record thje tail were already apinted.. they looked liked shit...
i really didn;t like the faded blakc think so i decided to paint over them.. this is a temp paint. i wanted to do something diffrent so it was eather CHP or Camo...
I took the last side skirts off cause when i was sandinf them on the bolts that were holding then in place were not put in properly and i am getting the vertex wide body so i decided to jsut rip them off... the front and back bumper and just temprary... the final color is going to be black with blue pearl.. and the back rear tint is ugly. it desn;t bother me much i am going to take it off when i get around to it.. i have been doing to many other things...
and so far i picked up the car from ray and gave him 13.5 and put about another 10k in the motor and im estamting another 15k in the body work.. we will see. im buying a 94 supra next week for a daily driver so my 240 is going to be a track only car so roll cage is next... most likly.. we'll see

FYI this car had so many probs when i fixed it i tore apart the hole car and hed to fix everything.. shit the wirring harness was so bad i have to get a new one.. the motor that was in it was done... the rear end was shot.. this car was a desaster waiting to happen.... so i fixed the motor got a new tranny.... new wirring harness and a vertex wide body(already shipped)... so who fucked up the car... if you even have a decent 240...

dude you really are dumb... i did the temp paint so it wouldn;t rust casue the roller paint... if you would of saw it in person looked like shit.. the front half was good and the back half had roller marks every wear.. and the paint started to peal... the paint was a ofew year paint job kind of thing.. so i took it all off. and rainny seasons comming up so we sealed the body and did a temp paint....

need help guys.. i had a family emergency and i need to sell the car.....
please let me know if anyone is intrested...
i posted it up on craigslist for 20,000... but if some one comes up with that i will finish the car... (paint, wireing install and tune the AEM EMS) ect.... the car will be in perfect condition....
depending how much lower from there is what i will include and take out...
i have a lot of extra SR parts enuf to build another motor which i will include. a R32 front bumper thats new.. stock rear end... the chiped ECU with rome tune.. a lot of other parts... if you look at it and will purchase it i will tow the car to your location if you are going to purchase the car....
I have a month or so to sell the car but i will start running out of time soon.. the motor only has 278 miles on it.. never eved passed 4000rpm. I rearly drive it so its still in break in period. if you spend a grand and get a GT 30 the you can push 500 whp no problem and make it relyable...
the car will only do 450whp with curent setup cause the turbo can not go any higher...

I wanted to go with a little diffrent type of black matching... So i went with Gloss rims and a satin black paint finish. I like it. I think theres just going to do a shop design finish on the car and that'll be it. I'll post some more in a bit. The cage gets here in a few weeks or so. Well supposedly. You guys know how parts delay works. I just through my seats and harrness in yesterday. Dam Sparco drilled the wrong holes in the wrong location on the seat so i had to drill into the bracket to get it to fit. Thats what you get when you pay 800$ for a seat. Bad alighnment and the wrong brackets... lol

The rims fit perfectly but it might be because i have the fenders rolled a bit and flared out... but if you get then like a little under 10" wide you should have no prob.. it really depends on the mods. i took the spacers of on the back so i could fit 305's ont he rears... muah ah ah im gonna get GT3KILR or GT3EATR for my licence plates... and go to the Santana Row car meets saturday mornings (high End Exotics) just to be that guy there that can kick there and and laugh the hole time about it.. lol... thats one of those i love my life things...

Ray pulled them out a little when i bout the car... Then i pulled the fenders out a little and rolled them a little rolled them a little more...
i bondoed over the out side of the fenders to make it a little more flush with the fenders.. im gonna go a little more wider so i might just take off the spacers.. the reasons it fits so perfectly is because the spacer... you just gotta play with it until you find what you like...

just snapped my cam i nhalf after 300 miles on the motor...
Luke thanks for not building the motor right... just took it all apart... shop never check the head for warping.. and also never did proper installation on the cams including the 45min on breakin in the cams... so cage on hold rebuild of motor starts next week.. i'll post picks...

luke did the build... jsut went through the hole thing and sent the cams 2 crower... big mess... he threw my car out of the shop with out finishing it... big mess.... basically screwed me over... and my head wasn't torpued down right and leaked from the get go.. im doin the build with a friend.. dad owns a machine sho pthat builds V8's(rated top 5 builders in the country).. we'll see how it goes...
