Who Has Carfax??

hey guys, I was just wondering if anyone on here had carfax? I am buying a s13 hatch and want to know if it has a clean title, the guy i am buying it from doesnt know. Therefore I was wondering if you guys could somehow help me check and see, if the title is clean or not, and if it has had any major problems thanks alot
