Time to replace my chattering ACT 6-puck copper clutch and OEM flywheel on my S14 w/S13 Blacktop. Last dyno registered 420rwhp...no torque figure since dyno computer went down and were not able to re-run. Looking for a more streetable clutch that will hold the power, plus a lightened flywheel to allow quicker revving. Any ideas, recommendations, experiences?

Any thoughts about the SPEC Stage III, JWT Stage II, ACT, Centerforce or even the A'pexi Drag Clutch?

I went with the spec stage II clutch of course i dont plan having as much power as your's it is supposed to be pretty good. I heard ACT has a real stiff pedal.

I would recommend the Fidanza flywheel, and the ACT six puck again. I have one in my Sr, and even though it's a little harsh, I like it. I don't know if you can get an OS Giken dual diaphram for a stock SR trans. or not, but that would be my next step if you have that much power that the ACT won't hold. If you don't mind my asking, what sort of engine mods do you have? I'm new and working on my profile, but mine just has bolt-on turbo parts. I'm upgrading the turbo in a few weeks, and I'm trying to get some opinions on how to do it. Thanks --luke
