A&P licenses anybody?

i'm goin to school to be an aircraft mechanic. i wanted to know who is, has, or will be goin to school for this or just who has their licenses already. i know i read a thread on here where PHLIP said he had his A&P license. right now i am studying all of my general and powerplant to be able to test with the FAA. i havent seen this stuff in a while so i'm not really doin that well on my practice test. thats my problem... i study but cant really seem to remember it cause i kinda blank out when i have the test in front of me but after a while i get in the hang of it.any help with givin me sum kinda info on how i can remember stuff when i study?

9/11 was fucking up the aviation jobs a mile a second, and then I got in an accident before I finished "school" for my Powerplant, I am still weighing whether it will be worth it to go back and finish it, looking at it from a "will I still have a related job for as long as I would like to carry a career" standpoint.
