This is just a little warning for everyone who chooses to buy something already done, instead of DIY.

I bought a newly rebuilt KA24DE for my S14 off zilvia. Was a good price for a completely rebuilt motor, with all new everything. Swapped the motor with help from a good friend and my dad(25year mechanic). Car ran horrible since it we got it started. Went through all the Tech on multiple websites, and tried everything. None of it fixed the issue. Came to find out that the cams were installed off by 1 tooth each. Fixed the issue and car runs great.:2f2f:

So lesson learned, do everything yourself. From day 1 I've done everything myself, except for rebuilding the motor, and from now on will continue to do it myself.

Sorry Just thought I would share this to help prevent anyone else from having the same problems.

Yeah always check cam and ignition timing when you get a motor. A lot of shops set it and forget it not to care.
