Random wiper & radio problem

So I got this 95 240sx SE Auto not too long ago. It's a great car but there is this problem that bugs me from time to time. This is a completely random issue as well. Out of the blue while driving, the front windshield wipers and radio won't turn on. This is a stock OEM radio as well. But the funny thing is right when I turn the car off and back on, everything works again! Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.

yea my radio doesnt turn on sometimes too but its all g's

Mess with the key. Sometimes after starting the key won't kick back to the ACC position.

yeah after i posted this my friend told me it might be the spring inside the ignition. Once it happens, i'll give it a try. Thanks guys
