Its called NATS. Basically it lets you have the "key" in your pocket and still be able to start the car with no key in the ign hole itself.

yes, it is drive by wire

if you want to run an aftermarket EMS you will need a standard throttle body and use your normal throttle cable.

the dash harness and BCM are not thaaat hard to find, its just hard to find a yard that will pull it for you and not charge 500 for the harness or 300 for the BCM.

So how would the harness work with the 240sx dash harness? Im assuming you would only use it for the igniton start right?

if you are interested in this swap, then i suggest you look it up in the nico and maxima.org threads. but basically, it connects the nats, ignition lock, bcm, ecu together, and the gas pedal too.
