I don't know if I could do the RHD thing though, I've never driven a RHD car and I can imagine it would be tough to get used to, don't know if I could shift effectively with my left hand. Have you ever squared off with any other AWD turbo cars, I.E. Evo, STI, WRX, etc? How does it do?

This one isn't *very fast* currently...it's basically stock so ~13.9 in the 1/4.

I've toyed w/ an srt4 in the high 12s and it pulled ~2 cars from 10mph-85mph on me, basically what I expected. Other than that, I haven't put it up against anything.

RHD probably will take you about an hour or two to drive about 90% as effectively as you do LHD. Pain in the ass things to consider. Say goodbye to your drive thru days, unless you really like Inn N' Out; right hand turns against red lights suck, its really hard to see oncoming traffic; you'll tend to drive closer to the center of the road, which is fine on a 1 lane road, but on two lane roads, you might have a problem :P.

Only hard thing is that all your perceptions and little guidance tools we develop when learning to drive a car is based on our perspective from the left side. Once you can relearn all that, its just dandy.

Oh yea, and be prepared to spend 2-3 weeks turning on your windshield wipers instead of your turn signals, and hitting your head against your b-pillar when you turn right to "back it up."

Yes, I've owned and driven a few RHD cars before :P

Interested in a AE86 coupe and some cash for a trade? The coupe has over 10K in parts and has a 17K mile engine, REAL Jubiride bumpers and sideskirts, Jubiride copy flares, SSR MK III 14x9's -7 offset all around with brand new potenza re910 195/60/14 stretched on them. It has TRD short strokes and TRD race springs, Illegal garage clutch, KBD header, Toda Cam gears, Greddy timing belt, 5Zigen fireball cat back and T3 test pipe, and lots of other parts. The car has 137K on it, I got it with 113K 3 years ago from original owner. Needs paint and flares trimmed properly.

I am looking for $8500 but would give you some cash and my coupe and I could drive down to make the swap.

It is pretty awesome, needing paint and perhaps a few more toys, but I want to get into a newer car or something with more power for now. My son still has an ae86 with a decent amount of parts, so i will not be out of the AE86 scene (I love them) but I wanted to get something fun and I remember these from Japan, many people had 400+ HP versions, talk about quick! And a great car to grip with too. This would own solo2 with the right driver.
