IGN just gave it a 9.7 too and many others gave it a 10 out of 10.

played the demo on my 360 and so far it seems pretty good. I'm not sure that I'll be buying any game for the 360 in the near future except for H3.

Well this is the month of Metroid. The NEs one came out on the Wii virtual console on Monday. Then next Monday 8/20 Super Metroid comes out. Then 8/27 MP3 comes out. I'm pretty booked for a while.

im prolly goonna pick up bioshock. BTW, bioshock is marketed as rpg meets FPS. I've read that it's considered more FPS than RPG though.

the demo does it no justice because its linear compared to the final game.

jus played the demo on my 1080p 32in WS, i have to say detail wise this game is crazy, as far as gameplay goes seems to do the same thing as doom series, makes me dizzy. idk why

bioshock / system shock uses a fps perspective

but to call it a fps is a disservice

its more like a fps with rpg elements, and about a dozen plus ways to approach every combat or puzzle situation. its also got ridiculous atmosphere. system shock 2 was fucking scary when i first got it. within the first few minutes you encounter fukn alien worm infested crewmen sulking around dark desolate halls asking you to kill them, and saying sorry when they beat you over the head with a pipe. irrational knows how to do atmosphere. i expect bioshock to be the same.

Finished it on hard/saved all the little sisters... the ending you get if you save them all is pretty cool.

I finished it saving all the sisters too. i think i will re play it killing all the sisters to see the diferance. plus i didn't respect the pistol or crossbow enough. in the harder levels those kick ass.
