Electric Problems

hey guys, im pretty shure the fuse for the seatbelts burnt and also the headlights wont go down anymore. i tried manualy, goes up but wont close. anyone have the diagram of the fuse box?...i dont have the cover and dont know which one is which.

Is your car lowered? If it is, check if your wheel is rubbing on the harness that goes through the driver side fender.
