Looking over that makes me think that they're a pretty good dog to have, just as long as you're willing to be active with it.

If they're good enough for Target, they're good enough for me.

as people stated before me, they are pretty hyper, but not as hyper as people say. every dog acts different so its on you.

as for price, they arent too bad. less than a grand for a papered dog prolly. my neighbor purchased one at a store for 600 bucks.

great friendly dog that needs at least 1 walk a day. if your a busy man forget about getting this dog.

instead of asking on zilvia, ask on Bulldogbreeds.com

just wanted to post a pic that i saved on my computer. dog looks funny.

This might help.

But if you decide not to get one, heres my plan:

Go to your local walmart
Look at the puppies people are always giving away in the back of the parking lot
Find the cutest one
Adopt it

Thats how we got jinx. Shes a total bitch, she's too smart for her own good, and she sits on my other dog's head.

I love her.

haha thanks for all the advice.
i think they look badass.

pretty much what im looking for is something that i can train to an extreme.
but i dont want a freakin murderer. bull terriers seem to be good with kids i've heard also. not that i have kids, but theres neighbors ect.

i dont want a dog that runs away if we're at the beach or the park or where ever.
i think i read somewhere that you can train these guys pretty good.

do they shed all over the place?

my parents had portuguese water dogs when i was younger. and they dont shed at all. they were trained pretty good too. but they cost a fucking fortune

Bull terriers are fantastic dogs. They're great around children, have mellow temperments, and are the least "aggressive" breed within the bull family. They can be easily trained, but watch out, they're very smart and can test your patience every once and awhile. As for a dog that minds your commands, well, that's up to you and how you train the dog. And because they have very short hair, they dont shed very much.
