Found these recently on ebay, wondering if anyones heard of them, gas coilovers, no one bid on these :x: honest opinions please as i'm looking forward to a solid setup, i figured $500 for camber and height adjustments, probably decent rates and dampening...should be alright for entry level driving and suspension tuning? link :squint: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=014&sspagename=STRK%3AMEWA%3AIT&viewitem=&item=330154529773&rd=1

Depends on whether or not you are willing to take the risk of them being blown, which they most likely are.

They look decent though, inverted monotube fronts is a good thing.

I personally would not buy used coils.

i wouldn't buy used coilovers unless i knew for a fact that they were still in working condition

would rebuild be possible stateside considering they're gas shocks...or would i have to find a replacement cartridge from the company or elsewhere?

Dont do it just save up a few hundred more and get new ones. because that 500 buck will turn into 200 or more just to rebuild them so think about it that way

How about them overall compared to stance and powered by max? I have no idea what the rates are, and the dampening doesn't seem to be adjustable so dunno.:hsdance:

than why did you even consider to buy them when you dont know anything about them?

The rears look like they don't have height adjustment with the bracket, just raising and lowering the spring. I'd stay away from them if you want to slam your car. If you got the cash and wanna try them out go ahead but ultimately the decisions up to you.

yep, good call. There are better alternatives out there, even in the used market.

youre a tool.

any company can make a nice looking coil and slap super sports on the box.

search and get more info on other coils and just save up another 500$ or so for new ones.
