been up all night, feelin sorta funny haha
silly question, but maybe it could work? i have like 2 spare rads layin around... what if i welded the top shut? theyre meant to hold a lot of pressure, and heat... i guess the question would be, can they flow air good enough?
but even then, the hose connections are probly too small. but lets see what you guys say

Sounds interesting. I wonder if the air would flow correctly through the radiator as gravity and suction play an important role in the flow of water. Pressurized air may cause some issues with turbulence but I think this is one of those questions that won't get answered till you try it. I say go for it and if it fails use the 2nd radiator as a heat exchanger for liquid intercooling.

A. wont flow even close to enough
B. even if it did you would have the worst throttle response... ever

Did you actually just spell out D-E-A-D in place of D-I-D?

both the inlet and outlet of the rad is like 1.5 inches..not even. if you wanna boost like 3 psi....then.....GO FOR IT!
i'll sell you my smic with all the piping for $100

lol
give it a shot if it isn't too much trouble. Since the volume will be pretty small, there should be very little turbo lag, and decent response. I'm not sure how much pressure a radiator can actually hold though... don't do anything too crazy.

uhhh a radiator is designed to cool fluid via pressure and gravity (inlet top, outlet bottom)
so.. heres my question
" i have like 2 extra taillights laying around and was wondering if I could use them for headlights??!!??)

:stupid: your sig is fitting..
Don't waste your time on this... Radiators aren't meant to flow the same velocity as a FMIC, I think you'll end up with a very poor responding system..

i have a penis i was wondering if you would like to suck it?
im not actually gonna do this i was just wondering if it would work. closest ill get to doing this is using a saab or volvo fmic from the j-yard which sorta looks like a rad :P
ill probly just end up sellin these spare rads for money... this ka-t project is a money pit and then some
