ok im sure i got a leaky clutch master cylinder. theres a puddle right under my clutch pedal carpet. now my question is. do i just replace my clutch master cylinder? or do i have to replace anything else cuz how the hell dose it leak under my drivers side carpet. any help guys is much appreciated

its the seal that the rod goes into. its worn, so it leaks into the interior of ur car. so change it.

Good thing I posted this up. I was ready to order a new master cylinder, guess I don't have to if its just the seal gone bad. So the seal it is! Shouldn't be to hard, sound simple enuff. Thanks again bro

You could just get a rebuild kit from AutoZoo, etc, and do that, but you still have to remove the master cylinder anyways. I say just flip a coin on what way you wanna go.
Heads = new master cylinder
Tails = rebuild kit

ok i was on courtesty parts..whats the rear main seal?

The rear main seal is located on the engine, between the the flywheel and block.

ahh fuck it im just gonna order a new master cylinder. its easier
