I jus got Z32 calipers a few days ago, i want to paint them b4 installing, but they have a decent amount of brake dust and grease on them. Jus wanna find out how, and wut to clean them w/ before painting.

get some brake cleaner that shit works wonders! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'>

also maybe sand them down with some 220 sandpaper just to help the paint adhere a lil better

You really don't need to clean them with high tech stuff. Just soap and water and then dry. People get all crazy about cleaning stuff before you paint it, but I don't know. I just went right in. I guess it couldn't hurt, but it's your $$.

if i was to use standard water and soap to clean them, would i need to reapply grease/lube before installing them???
