I'm going to be taking of my valve cover to remove the top guide tommorow on my KA, the ratttle sound is annoying as hell. So with the cover off, is there anything else i can do to freshin up my engine a bit? it sound like my lifters are ticking, and although it seems common and discussed quite a bit, i cant seem to find any info on how to make it stop?
now i haven't looked under the cover of a KA before so bear with me on this. Is there anything i can do, aside from replacing the valvetrain?
What about a valve lash adjustment? is it neccessary to do one on a KA? i'm a honda guy for the most part, so forgive the noob questions (this one just popped into my head as i was writign the other one)
