Well since seeing that damned GP Sports picture which I fell in love with the entire car... I tried looking for the rims. Seems that they're not very easy to find. I was just wondering if any of you out there happen to know much about these rims? How comparable are they to Volks or Advans (my original choices) when it comes to weight? Anyone know bolt patterns, or offset's? How bout a place to buy these sweet ass rims?? Well any information is greatly appreciated.

IPN (http://www.ipnindustries.com) can get them.

You got any pictures of them?
SSR's are nice wheels. The SSR competitions are very light and I'm guessing very strong based on the number of race cars I see running them (a favorite among BMW folks it seems).
While not cheap, I'd say (again, based on the SSR's I'm familiar with) they split the difference between the K1's and a set of Advans or Volk's. A little less bling bling, for a lot more of a serious competition wheel with fewer frills. Personally, I'd be running a set of competitions if not for the gunmetal color (like the looks, just not on a white car).

240 2NR I dont have any pics, or at least ones I can post, but if you go to GP Sports Website and scroll down (in the Aero Kits section) To the 180sx Type Four. Thats the car that has them, they come in like black and 2 shades of silver, and they are gorgous. GP Sports Website (http://www.gpsports-na.com/main.htm)

I posted a pic of them somewhere. Lemme go find it.
The SSR Professors are more of a VIP style wheel than a competition wheel. Still look fabulous.

That is the GP Sports G Four kit. I can get you a good deal on one if you want it. Or pretty much anything for that matter.

18x8 for $600? HAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hehe.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hehe:'>
Good luck. Try more like $1600 for that size if you've got a super hookup. I would guess over $2000 for 18's.

Entirely off topic kind of, but I saw the "SP1" and thought this thread was about an RC51. <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/lookaround.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':look:'>
Now on topic, that car does look sweet. Are the wheels turned, or is that lots of negative camber?! <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/wow.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':0'>

From what i saw most of their cars has HUGE negative camber so i am assuming it for drifting. B/c in one of my DT videos they ride rhye on the rim so the tire is angled for better grip and tucked in <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/crazy.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=''>

Still very nice rims, I really want a set if I could find a place or a person that knows how much they weigh!! This is the most important factor of if I buy or not. Then again, I need to find a place to buy too -_-

Yes, I originally posted the pics from a VOLK dealer site selling the rims in a post about "YOUR FAVORITE RIMS" or sumtn like that (close to a month ago). I fell in love with these instantly on the first issue the ad came out in Drift Tengoku (2-3 months ago). Love them!
'um, matt240se, you TYPED 600/set.' <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/hmmm.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':hmmm:'>
In any case, yes, all of the above are nice cars.
That's super neg- camber btw... they have coilovers with a 'bottom portion' at (with) a crazy angle for just that purpose, unless I totally misnderstood the description/pictures (of the coilovers that are on those cars.)
Dayekids how far do your hookups go? You've got PM.
