ok i recently changed my agx shocks to coilovers... the coilvoers are set slightly lower height then the agx lower springs....
nothing is rubbing in terms of tire/rims/multilink/coilover/exhaust....

after i installed the rear coilovers, when i am driving i now HEAR loud scraping sound from the rear... it sounds like the brake pads are rubbing the rotor ALOT of something... the sound gets louder if i turn my car back and forth ...but when i jacked it up i can still spin the wheel freely by hand...so the pads are floating not pressured
.... i have no idea what is that sound and what the problem is... any ideas?

rotors?pads?hub?bearings?

thanks in advance

have you checked to make sure the afore mentioned parts don't rub when it is OFF a lift?

could it be that your coilovers are rubbing?

Check your dust shield, you could have moved/bent it when you installed the coilovers.

I may have this same problem on my s13. Is there any way to check and make sure its the wheel bearing and not something else?

for wheel bearings in the rear put ebrake on and shake/tilt the wheel side to side to check for freeplay. Should be little to none.

Next time try searching for "wheel bearing"

Do as just posted above.

But when you install parts new problems just don't arise the way they did in your case. Unless you just have bad luck.

My bet is you bent the brake dust shield.
