OT: Red Hot Chili Peppers

The song "By the Way", and what cd it came off of?  I've been looking a bunch of website's Discographies and can't find it anywhere???  Is it called something else.  

The starting lyics go something like:

Standing in line to see the show tonight and there's a light on,
Heavy glow...

dude, omg , do you guys like live under rocks or something , the song has been out for like 2 months , and it is off the album "by the way" which came out like a month ago , it's not a bad album if your a long time chili peppers fan , sorry if i sounded like a dick , but i think i take music too seriously , lol

I knew it was somewhat new but I didn't know they put out a new cd.  That's awsome.  I'll have to go get that.

cruzer beat me to it <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'> &nbsp;I've heard at least three songs off that album on the radio already.

Anyway, that album is a bit softer than Californication, I think...but still some good stuff. &nbsp;I'd recommend it.

Umm, no. I actually think for the most part, the long-time chili pepper fans are the ones who won't like the album. There is no hard funk at all on their new By The Way album. While I do think it's an alright album, IMO it's still their second-worst album to date. This is going to be one of the albums that goes platinum because it will make plenty of radio airplay and MTV time - more alternative/pop sounding.

I'll take Uplift Mofo Party Plan anyday.
