I need advice on how much to sell a pair of used Tension Rods and Control Arms from a 95 40sx <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'>

are they adjustable?  pillowball?  if so what brand?

If they are OEM, with Good Bushings, you could probably get $20.

I saw the lower control arm for about $122 brand new.  Tension rod for about $62 new.  Check out: http://www.oem-car-parts.com/?nissan-accessories.com1

Try posting them on the For Sale/wanted/GB section in our forums. Let them go for the best offer. I dont think you'll get that much for them though...but ANY money is better than NO money.
