They should be the same. But... just to be sure check online FSMs for actual specs. This is one area you want to be very precise.

In case you're not sure where to start searching for FSMs

I always loosen them up from factory. Especially if you plan on making more power than factory. We also machine oil grooves in the mains and then run some good race bearings.

good point right here.

The bearings lifetime goes down, but you probably wont be planning on racing the car for more than 20,000 miles straight anyways. at least i wouldnt without a tear down and inspection.

If you are replacing bearings you have to take the engine apart so while its apart just measure the clearances and order the appropriate bearings. Don't go by color markings on OEM bearings. Clevite FTW!!

oem is fine
ive seen a few clevite problems thru freshally of people's rebuilds
oem is 100% fine and works good.

ACL H series has different part numbers for the SR20DE and DET I believe they are the same sizes but what I did notice is that the DET bearing has a few more oil holes in it and 270 degree oiling. Good engine bearings arent really gonna make you anymore power but what your paying for is the added protection from wear thanks to the coatings they use. OEM is great too FYI :) hope this help -Andrew
