not negotiatiable on the prcing. take it or leave it. not struggling for money. it justcollects dust (well the bag it is in does)

has a thermostat in it
can handle oil temp and pressure gauges of course.
make ur own mounting unit for it
probably uses an AE86 filter like most greddy stuff does.
