all relocation kits use a 'sandwich' plate and some lines. it depends on certain kits. some might decieve you give you just the plate. you want to make sure you get the plate, lines, and the adaptor plate as well.

under 200 might be tough to do unless you get junkyard parts. there another thread on here some guy used an fc oil cooler.

you can always make your own kit, instead of getting big name greddy, hks, blitz, arc kits which will cost 600-1000+. i think taka sells it kit but its 350 or something. you just have to find a place that sells interncooler cores. spl can sell you setrab? brand cores or you can look at summit racing or google to see what you can find.

good luck at 200 kit, unless you get a used core for 20 at junkyard and use non-stainless braided lines.

i did mine with

Greddy oil filter relocation kit -160.00
Galant Oil cooler- 40.00
Used the excess line from the relocation kit to run for the oil cooler
A few 2.00 straps for mounting and hose clamps nad it was good to go

lowerd oil temps almost 10 degrees

I got one of these
-10an Lines
Oil filter relocation mount from summit
and a Setrab 11x11 cooler.

Sandwich plate is OK, cheap and everyone has it, but stay away from the spin on type oil filter relocation as they always seem to get loose.

From another forum, make your own for a little under 300.

this is exactly what you shouldn't use.

Unless you enjoy oil leaks.

Something like this will work better, as it uses a big nut to secure it down. and some models have thermostat built in.
The disadvantage of it is, it doesn't relocate the oil filter.
