Zilvia.net T-shirts

Alright everyone heres the deal. I've been thinkin about how cool it would be to have some Zilvia.net Shirts. It seems a few other forums do, and I think its about time to represent &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'> I have a pretty good idea of who to do the shirts through, but we need designs. I was thinking we could do 2 or 3 designs, try to keep it cheaper, and just print them out. My friend has a printing business. We could even go as far as sweatshirts, but I dont think anyone wants to pay the money so we should just stick to some cotton t's.

So if we could keep the cost of shirts fairly cheap, definately under 20 bucks I would assume... how many of you would be intrested? I will try to find out more about prices, but before we do any ordering we need to know how many to make.

So if you guys could post one of the following:

Intrested yes/no?
Design Ideas
Size shirt you would need?
Short/long sleeve?
Color?

What about not putting a picture of a 240 on there...and just saying Zilvia.net, etc.? &nbsp;I know if I was gonna wear one, I'd want it to have an s13 on there, rather than an s14...I'm sure most ppl feel that way. &nbsp;I really like the idea of having it printed on the sleeve...:). &nbsp;Or, maybe just a small profile of a 240 on the front of the shirt (in the normal pocket area), and the writing on the back?

I would get the shirt, but we should wait for the stickers. And run this thru Mark first, afterall it is all his creation. You could just put Something plain saying Zilvia.net on the front, and on the back put either an S15 in the middle facing foward and an S13 facing at an angle on one side and an S14 facing the opposite angle. Since we don't get any S15s over here and nobody on the forum has an S15, we could replace the S15 with a Z, or just put an S13 and S14 on there.

Anyone got pics of any other forum t-shirts. It would be nice to get some suggestions.

I agree with DSC i'll be glad to buy one in 2004 when they come out. T-Shirts are more complex than stickers.

Sounds real complicated, I just want a shirt that has some sort of 240 on it that only a few people would have.

Alright I just woke up from my hybernation, and it seems that quite a few of you are intrested. Lets try to keep this thread towards the top, and I will call my friend to get a rough estimate on time. We can do all sorts of cobinations with the shirts. Long sleeve S14 or S13, short sleeve S14 or S13. Colors as well. I will call my friend and tell him roughly 10 people are intrested so far, and what he can do. Then I might just even order a few shirts to see if they turn out. OK everyone heres the deal. I talked to Kyle and he said we didnt have many orders so far, so the price per shirt is sorta high. If we can get around 30 or so orders, then the price should be about 10-12 dollars. Long sleeve shirts will be ROUGHLY about 3 dollars more. We can definately do that, but its up to you guys!! Since theres a bunch of people debating what car they want to be shown, I'll make a design that potrays all of them. I have an idea and I'll start designing it right now. jus gimme a 1/2 an hour. and I'll post it up.

and before you go into production of the shirts, you should talk with the creator of the forum, jus to get his approval. Since its his forum and all.

As I said before... it would nice if it said Zilvia.net small in the left corner, where pocket is normally, and on the back in order from left to right s13, s14, and s15, and above it says Zilvia.net... and the cars should be at angles, so that the s14 is striaght on, the s13 placed at angle to the left, and s15 at angle to the right... that would look really nice.... i would buy one L white short sleeve.

i dug up coolero's pic because i thought it was clean, tasteful, and easily printed; more importantly 'cause i dig it

It looks as if we are going to use coolerow's design for the print on the back. I will need to know exactly how many shirts each of you want to if you really want a shirt please PM me and tell me how many what size and long or short sleeve.

As for the "www.zilvia.net" on the sleeve, its going to be very hard to do and might not turn out well. I am going to see what looks best by ordering one of each, so I will let you know. Another idea James gave me earlier (one-eighysx) was to have the "www.zilvia.net" streched across the chest. Anyone else like this idea?? I thought it was a good idea. Well let me know and send in those PM's.

I am totally for the idea, Designs would be pretty ez, I've made many dif shirt designs before for a few sites. Of course id be down for any suggestions or attempts for designs, I also like Coolrows designs allot and would love to see it on a shirt, but how many of you would actually wear it around if it had a big Zilvia.net on it? Id like to however have some more cash flow before doing this, I still am going to owe $500 to pay the guy I hired to finish the rest of the sections of the site, except the Classifieds section. I plan to send out my Media Kits to potential advertisers today or tomorrow, so far Enjuku Racing is my only advertiser. Once I find a reasonable enough dealer for the stickers I will get those done and hopefully make a little money of that so I can get the shirts made.

For those who donated awhile back for the forum software, your money went for that purpose and I have vBulletin but they are being totally unprofessional with the development of the conversion script as many of you know. So I cannot say when we will finally get converted to vB. At least the search works again though <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'>

Mark- I can be in charge of the shirts, I think everyone is really intrested in the long sleeve with the stretched zilvia.net across the chest.. nothing to big, something sorta thin text'd. I would have to agree with Mark. I don't want a big ass website address on the shirt. Something small and low key, but still there and noticeable. I would like some sort of design with an S13 or S14 on the back (I guess 2 shirts, one S14 one S13).

Ummm i'm not much of a designer, but i'll try. Here is what i think could look nice. Something small on the left front pocket ("zilvia.net", "Silvia", "240sx" etc). The picture on the back should have something like "zilvia.net" or "Silvia" or "240sx" again or nothing at all (i'm not big on texts) on top, with an image underneath. What i think would look nice as if there are 3-4 cars (s13, s14, s15, and maybe s13 silvia front) parked at an angle, so that the cars front stick out from behind the closer cars....

And maybe it should be taken from car level, so they all were on one line. There is a 240sx with nice s15 convo around here, so i can volunteer and we can make a picture like that on a nice single background so that it was easier to work with...

I agree, big pictures on the front looks really lame (IMO). &nbsp;A nice sleeve graphic, with a bigger pic on the back would be sweet...leaving the front blank.

sent the picture into my friends printing company. I should hopefully have the prototype shirts by the end of the weekend. Will post pics when I get them if someone will host.
