How much playing around were you doing with your system? I don't believe any of the gauge lighting even reaches to where the head unit would go.
Do your running lights also not work? If so it is probably the fuse. I think it is the 3rd from the bottom on the right side of the kickpanel fuse box. I had this problem after working on my stereo and it was actually a short from one of my side marker lights. It just coincided with the stereo.
Check all the fuses first... then start chasing wires.

Well i did not find why my dash light are not working
here the situation
1. i turn my key to the 'on' position
2. My lamp clock illuminate
3. i open my dash light (with the control knob without opening the headlight)
4. my dash light dont work and my lamp clock stop working
all my fuse are okay.. i disasembled all the dash to go behind the gauge cluster to see if there are 12v coming from the wire that are powering the bulb and the juice is there! ... soo im really lost <img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/confused.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='???'> maybe its a ground? i have my FSM but the diagram are so fucked up i dont see nothing .. what are the color code?
i read somewhere that it can be the Dimmer Box on the driver side panel .. i gonna look at that right now..
anyone have an idea?
Thx
