ca18det not getting spark

so my ca18det is not getting spark. just put a new timing belt in and it ran fine before. have everything plugged up as it should be and the spark plugs have less than 500 miles on them. The cam angle sensor is showing 2 volts at 3 of the 4 terminals on the connector with ignition on and the other terminal is ground. So if anyone knows what it could be any information would be awesome.also just replaced maf, ignitor chip, cam sensor, ecu and coil packs. if anyone also knows where i can find wiring diagrams for the ca' that would be great too. thankshttp://www.zilvia.net/f/images/icons/icon8.gif

Only 2 volts? Sounds like you have a supply voltage problem to the CAS. Remove the cas, and remove a coil pack, and stick a plug in it. Sping the cas with the key in on to check.

Test the fuel injector clip with the key in on, and the coil. What is the supply voltages like on those?
