Valve spring install height question

I was having trouble locating it in the FSM and after a keyword search on the site I didn't have much luck. (Plus im on dial-up right now so that doesn't help)

The engine shop doing the assembly on my head asked what the valve spring installed height should be?

Does it make a difference what non-OEM replacement parts are on the head or?

If anyone can point me into the right direction or a website I could get more information to send to them I would greatly appeicate it since my resources are very limited right now.

EDIT: The engine is a S14 Zenki SR20
