The bigger question is did you get the right camber plates? They make them for stock struts and aftermarket coilovers ya know. Is there and "S" or an "A" after the part number?

They go in place of your stock upper top hats.
Loosen the 17mm bolt up top and take off the top hat and replace it with the camber plate. Reuse the metal top perch and all the bumpstops.

I put a set of Cusco camber plates on my AGX/spring combo. It's not hard if you have all your hardware. Make sure you have the spacers and the top nuts. The only hassle is getting the shaft of the strut to not rotate while you remove the the OEM top bearing mounts. There was me and a friend. I put a rag around the shaft and used a pair of vise-grips to hold the shaft and strut while he busted the top nut loose on the top bearing mount. It didn't leave a mark on the shaft of the strut just don't pinch the shaft too tight or you could bend it. I didn't really like doing it that way but it worked out. If anyone has a better safer way then please let me know for future reference.

I have bolted them together they do fit but it seems like they're going to slide around alot without that spacer.

Might be hard to source those separately, I've heard many horror stories about people buying incomplete camber plate sets on ebay without the spacers.

i believe the spacer you are reffering to is the top "nut" that extends into the "ball". Am i correct? If so, good luck!!!

thats the pillow nut, the spacer goes below it. Without the spacer the nut bottoms out on the shaft threads without tightening the camber plate down. I don't see why you couldn't use a stack of washers as a substitue.

I would probably just use 1 thick washer instead of multiple washers. try to match the size of the other washer(if you have it).

I tried the washer it doesnt sit right on the plate a little uneven but a hammer will fix that. Also the camber plate is lifted about .065mm will the affect anything? Thanks for the help !
