I am seriously considering going sr to ka-t. I know i will most likely spend more money for getting a little less power in the end, but im curious how much more. Where would be prime places to look for good ka's. And when going to the greddy turbo kit how much boost will i be running about. thanks general information and info on the subject welcome

Why go with a greddy turbo kit if the main reason for buying was the Carb Exception sticker but its still pending. So just piece your own kit together.

You really should have searched because this has been covered a bajillion times, get ready for a flame fest.

Um, may I simply ask your reasoning for pulling an SR20 and dropping in a KA? Who are you, Nissan USA?

greddy= waste of money. Either full build and holset turbo, or stock, hg, studs, and a t25/t28 will do just fine.

dont buy the greddy kit
waste of money..

Start with the jgs turbo kit http://www.jgsturbo.com/index2.html
and build off it.

Ya dont waste your money with the greddy kit. I have one and its the biggest mistake I ever made with my car. You have to change out a lot of parts to make the kit make good numbers since greddy did not do a good job with the kit.

But there is no smog legal ka-t setup. You have a better chance having a LS1 or a Sr becoming smog legal in Cali if thats your reason to ditch the SR.
