Manual seatbelt conversion w/ s14 rears.

Anyone on here ever get this to work or done it before?

I did a lil search and heard that it will work, you just gotta angle the retractor right so that it dosnt think your on the brakes - causing the belt to lock up.

Just wondering what some of you guys that DID use s14 rears on a s13 and made it work successfully.

Rear seat belts will not work as front seat belts unless they are installed at the exact same angle they were set at from the factory. Other wise the rear seat belt locking mechanism remain locked. In most cases the front seat belts out of an S14 are used. Save yourself the hassle of trying to make rear seat belts work and find some front seat belts out of an S14 or a Canadian model S13.
