I'm pretty sure its just for 2 since he's offering to mount a pair of tires on them for an extra cost.

Yes it is only a pair, and for shipping it will be $65 (for the two)

what kind of tires would u put on these? why did you not use em? (cuz its s13)? what kind of spacer u need?

They would be FK452s.

I never used them because they need like a 5mm spacer, maybe... Well the odd part was on the driver side it cleared everything fine, but on the passenger side it rubbed my lca. It could be easily fixed with a small like 5mm notch in the lca, or a spacer.

Currently someone has dibs on the wheels though, if he decides to not buy them, I will let you know.
