my 95 wont start...

my car wont start.... i have to push start it when ever i need to start it... but my battary is fine though.. the last owner put 5 40 when he last changed the oil... but im putting 10w 30... but should that even matter??? helpp!!! thanks if i get any replys..

Check the starter, and the alternator.  You can have both checked out for free at any local automotive store (i.e. autozone or o'reilly's).  What exactly is it doing when you try to start it?  Is the engine trying to crank over, or is it just a clicking noise?

as it turns out.. it was my starter.. i headed over to auto zone.. and the guy said it sounded weak.. so i bought a new one.. and i just installled it.. so everything is working again... thanks anyways... &nbsp;<img src="http://www.zilvia.net/f/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/thumbs-up.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':thumbsup:'>
