i live in lake elsinore (riverside county.. 951 area code) i prefer pickups because it's faster/more convenient and cheaper for the buyer than me shipping it.. but i will ship it at your expense.
first of all.. i'd prefer to sell it as a WHOLE and complete for someone because some items were customed to fit with others. (for example.. the intercooler piping to go with how this certain turbo fits on this certain manifold.)
so yeah for now.. i'm only trying to sell it as a complete kit to someone who is exactly serious and wants a pretty damn good ka-t setup before building it. if you wanna take one step up and build it.. just go with bigger injectors and and ecu tune or stand alone and you're good to go.
the whole setup was driven no more than 500 miles. yes.. i said 500 miles. (minus the clutch.. it has roughly 1000 on it) here's the story about that. i purchased the clutch when the car was non turbo and broke it in beforehand. i then turbo'd the car, broke the turbo setup in on the dyno and made 253 whp and 273 trq on 7-7.5 psi.
my motor from the get go wasn't that healthy.. so i blew it.. and my car's been sitting in my garage for maybe 6 months now.. just waiting for a rebuild that i never got around to.
here's the setup.
1. garrett t3/t04e 70 trim compressor with .63 A/R back side
unit is single ball bearing
compressor is polished up so the garrett & trim was sanded off.
rated for 500 hp
2. IAP equal length tubular manifold.. was modified a bit to fit the 38mm wastegate
3. greddy 38mm wastegate from the twin turbo 350z kit. super bling/baller. anodized blue color. i've never seen it on any car other than a 350.. and of course mine.
4. greddy ka intercooler kit with modified cold pipe for better fitment. i've added some reducers as well as t-bolt clamps because greddy gives you shitty ones. the intercooler itself is still perfect.
5. hks ssq bov welded onto cold pipe
6. z32 maf
7. apexi s-afc 2 with bracket (it's already tuned.. i THINK that the tune would stay on the safc2 if i took it out? but someone let me know about that one.)
8. Deatschwerks 450cc injectors
9. rps max street puck clutch
10. apexi power intake with intake pipe to turbo compressor
11. perrin manual boost controller. very easy to use. no knob. you turn the whole unit either in or out for more / less boost.
12. custom 2.5" turbo elbow w/ wastegate dump tube attached.. so the dump tube goes back into the exhaust. this was made custom to bolt up to the sr downpipe/test pipe combo. it was made carefully so that it would still clear for your AC line.. so yes. you can still run your AC with this setup.
13. stainless steel 3" megan downpipe & test pipe
14. Steel Braided Oil Feed Line and fittings in to turbo. (supplied by Jeff240sx)
15. Steel Braided oil return line with anodized AN fittings. (supplied by Jeff240sx)
16. ka oil pan with fitting welded on it for the oil return line.
all items were purchased brand new within the last two or three years and are basically almost brand new.. remember! the kit is complete so you won't have to get anything other than maybe a couple of nuts/bolts/screws/washers etc.
serious buyers get at me. lowballers will be ignored. these parts are all really nice and quality items.. not any of that ebay crap.. so it won't be super cheap. it's also proven to make plenty of power.
i already know a number of people will want part outs. the way i see it.. if you can find other people to buy the rest of the parts.. than i'm fine with it. will post pictures in the morning when i get a chance to snap em.
