i dont think deatschworks will warranty it either although i did purchase it in new condition.. i think atleast
any tips/suggestions please help, car is on 3cylinders now..

It's possible you received a dead injector, but they should have been tested before they were sent to you. Measure the resistance of the injector, if it's bad call them and arrange a replacement... I don't understand why you wouldn't try contacting them first?

You did not say you purchased them from a 2nd party.
Your "purpose" might be one thing, but what you expressed was a rant.
I would still call DW.
