which engine/tranny harness...

Just trying to figure out this last bit of wiring. We're trying to decide which engine/tranny harness that we should use. I know the KA harness has a few extra transmission sensors than the SR. So, we decided to try hooking up the SR engine/tranny harness but found that there's a connector right underneath the under-the-hood passenger side fuse box that doesn't have a partner on the SR harness.

So which engine/tranny harness should be used, the KA or the SR?
