i just got a new clutch put in today, everything is good but i noticed that the check transmisson light is on is this OK or did the mechanic f up:ugh:

technically, it's referred to as a check engine light. but some of the sensors on the tranny can cause it to light up.
he probably forgot to plug in one of the sensors on the transmission. or he janked up some of the wiring when he pulled the tranny. get under the car and check.

I demand to see evidence of this mythical creature!
I would suggest you check codes for the "check engine" light and carry it from there, or do what aznpoopy said just above myself there.

They broke the CPS or left it unplugged. Most people forget to remove it before pulling the transmission, thereby damaging it.
