How hard is it to replace glass for moonroof?

I just recently bought a 89 240sx coupe with the sliding moonroof. My problem is that the moonroof did not have the glass. How hard would it be for me to go get one at a junkyard and install it myself? Would it be more cost and time effective to get it done at a glass installer? Thanks!!!

its easy its like 4 or 6 bolts i forget the number but its 2 or 3 on each side. be sure to get the spacers if u do get them at the junkyard to help align it better. welcome to the boards

yeah, its really easy, the spacers are key though!!

Just chunk it and get a hold of Kognition and get one of his Carbon fiber ones.
