is it safe to install an electric fan against the rad with the screws pressed inbetween the fins and tightened up like the flex a lite instructions say wouldnt the fan wobble and ruin the rad ? any ideas or better ways to install

Definetly dont screw into the fins...very bad idea. Either zip tie ths shite out of it or just make some custom brackets

why are you putting in a fan?  if you have a s14 like i do, the AC rad is in front not the rad.  thats why theres a fan on the inside.  ive hooked up that fan to a switch so i can turn it on as i please or switch it back so itll turn on when its suppose to.
