i was thinking of doing a mesh grill under the front blinker lights? and under the lisence plate is

1) i think 56k'ers are gonna castrate and then kill you for the size of that image
2) i think that wire mesh looks OK but is being over-used; i'd just leave it open and take out the little plastic louvers.

i painted my grilles under the turn signals to match my car and it looks really cool. looks factory!

Mesh grill/chicken wire has been around for a pretty long time now. I personally dont really like it. Seem a little cheasy IMO. As for the plastic louvers, take them out or leave them there, either way I think it'll look ok.
Also, maybe take off your front license pate. It'll probably look a lot better.

not exactly sure on an S13, but on my S14, all you had to do was push them out hard.
they were held on by 4 steel clips.
try feeling around the inside of the bumper through the big central hold, yes you'll probably have to be a contortionist, but give it a shot

those black plastic pieces come out by 2 screws, just take a look at em and u will see the screws, just took mine off today to clean them
