i have a problem that i have been trying to fix for the longest time but, cannot. My passenger side window will not move up or down. I know the motor works because I plugged a 12v battery to it and got the window to roll up and down. The problem I believe is i'm not getting any power to the window. I know its not the switch because I tried using both the driver's side switch and the passenger side switch and they both dont work. I used a multimeter and found power on the drivers side, but I can't find power ANYWHERE on the passenger side. I bought a chiltons manual (WHICH SUCKS BY THE WAY DONT GET IT) and it didn't help me one bit. There is absolutely nothing in there about power windows or the wiring diagram of the power windows. This problem is driving me nuts. If anybody out there could help me I'd be very very very appreciative. Thanks in advance.

How appreciative? $$$
Just kidding. But I would bet Its youw window amp. I know... They do use amps. Its a little black box that some wires go into before the power goes to your swich. Cost a butoad new, supposed to be $30 at various junkyards in CO, I got mine for $4. haha I jipped him good.
Anyway, its a an easy fix. try it out.

I had the same problem. Try pushing the window lock switch. Maybe you accidently pushed it like I did.

If it wasn't the switch, check the relay under your hood.

HAHA. Way to go captain obvious. (in a laughing tone, not an offencive one). Yeah I thought that was my problem, but it wasn't. My drivers side wouldnt work. I pulled everything out of the door and tested it. The motor, and switch worked. This black box that said "power window amplifier" on it was the only possibility. And it fixed it. Thast the one you said you found with a single plug going into it.
