Just got my Eurolines.

After three weeks, I finally recieved my wheels. BE CAREFULL BUYING USED WHEELS ONLINE! This was an expensive mistake, I had to learn the hard way. The wheels were described as having no curb marks. I wont name the seller, here, because its not the place. But maybe this will help others.

I know Grant, and I know he is OVERLY up front about damage to parts he is selling. I have no doubt in my mind that he had told you about the damage and probably sent you pics too.

As said earlier...if you are picky DO NOT BUY USED WHEELS! There are reasons that they are used....it means they were on a car and are not out of the box perfect.

on one wheel the face near where the face bolts to the lip has that funky spidering type look to it, ill get pics of that later but i dont think ive ever seen a set of ssrs, works, mae, or the like without it somewhere on the wheel.

i was putting on my work wheels and while putting on my kics r40 nuts i dropped the key on the lip, leaving a little indentation on the surface. oh crap, my wheels arent perfect anymore. so what? point is, shit happens to wheels, after owning a few sets you come to realize that such "scratches" are typical. yes, maybe you thought wrong, but what are we talking about here? there freakin wheels!

You're complaining about scratches that nobody will ever see.
I'd love to see the maneuver that would generate those sort of scratches from a CURB. You'd have to pull all the way up to a curb with the car straight, but the wheels turned all the way in one direction, and then have mega stretched tires, then straighten out the wheel. That MIGHT do it.

I wouldn't call that curb marks, but you make a point, if you were to sell those without showing those pics of what looks like mounting damage or possibly dropped, I would probably be pissed when I got them, but im anal and I wouldn't buy used rims. He specifically stated no curb damage, the location of the damage could not have come in contact with a curb. You got the rims for a good price, the damage is minimal and barely visible with a tire mounted, let it go.
